Will supervise and creatively contribute to an existing research project aimed at studying CHF-enhancing surfaces for nuclear reactor applications; oversee graduate and undergraduate research assistants; and produce original technical papers in peer-reviewed academic journals. Job Requirements REQUIRED: a Ph.D. in relevant discipline such as mechanical engineering, physics, materials science, or nuclear engineering. Experience with fabrication and characterization of micro- and nano-engineered surfaces; the design, construction, and operation of complex experimental facilities; and the ability to communicate research results in the form of juried research journal articles or other similar forms of communication is desirable.
