Profile
We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral research fellow to join the Turley Lab in the highly collaborative Department of Cancer Immunology at Genentech. The successful applicant will have deep knowledge of a scientific discipline relevant to tissue immunity such as immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, single cell technologies, clinical genomics and/or computational biology. This postdoctoral fellow will be able to leverage large clinical datasets and cutting-edge technologies to investigate stromal cell functions in inflammation, anti-tumor immunity, fibrosis and/or response to immunotherapy. The expectation is that this work will result in significant advances and publications in top tier journals.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a recent or pending PhD, MD or MD/PhD graduate with a background in a relevant biological science, medicine and/or computational biology. They will have demonstrated the ability to conduct high-quality, impactful research through peer-reviewed publication.
